Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
A: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Vans leave on time so we can keep every visit on schedule.
Q: IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
A: Yes. Please follow the dress code rules of the correctional center you are visiting. Avoid revealing clothing, clothing with offensive images or words, and items that look like staff uniforms.
Q: WHAT CAN I BRING ON THE VAN?
A: Bring only what the correctional center allows, such as your ID and approved items. Do not bring weapons, drugs, alcohol, or any items that are banned by the facility. If you are unsure, ask the facility or Apple Tree Transportation before your trip.
